  11.     1.0     Introduction

  13.         jprint is a program that will take a JIS or EUC file and
  14.         print it to a Epson compatible printer. The printer I
  15.          use is a Pansonic 24 pin printer, so there may be a 
  16.          requirement that it be a 24 pin (I don't know that much
  17.         about dot matrix printers).
  18.  
  19.         It uses the 16x16 bitmap fonts from the KD distribution
  20.          which are also distributed with MOKE 1.1. Jprint uses
  21.         the fonts in your printer for the ascii characters.
  22.         It expects to find the japanese fonts in

  24.     \kanji\k16jis1.fnt    - 16x16 JIS Level 1 bitmap fonts (from KD dist)
  25.     \kanji\k16jis2.fnt    - 16x16 JIS Level 2 bitmap fonts (from KD dist)

  27.         Future plans include using perhaps a 36 or 48 point font
  28.         with gobs more capabilities.
